As Kırşehir Chamber of Commerce and Industry, Bacıyan-ı Rum Event was held within the framework of the 34th Ahi-Order Week Celebrations. Educator-Writer Dilek Cesur presented us with information about child development while raising our children, whom we will entrust our future to, at this event. The seminar and the signing day were held with great participation.
The word “Bacı” in Anatolia means sister, sister.
The word “Bacı” is still widely used in many cities of Anatolia today. The word “Rum” means Anatolia.
In Akhism, where art and morality were given great importance, women also had an important place in social and economic life. Ahi Evran’s wife, Fatma Bacı, founded the world’s first women’s organization “Bacıyan-ı Rum”, the Anatolian Women’s Union, for the organization and development of women. It is our duty to convey this value given to women by our Ancient Culture to our children and to our women who raise, protect, grow and beautify life.
We personally experience the sanctity and difficulty of motherhood, and for this reason, we wanted to ease this difficulty for all of us by inviting Educator – Writer Dilek Cesur.
After the Seminar and Signature Day event, Kırşehir Chamber of Commerce and Industry Chairman of the Board Mustafa Yılmaz said the following. Within the scope of the 34th AHIRY WEEK CELEBRATIONS, the Bacıyan-ı Rum event program expressed that he was very pleased with the intense interest in the seminar and signature day. He thanked our guests who honored us by attending the Seminar and Signature Day and presented their love and respect.
